Arnold Schwarzenegger Terminates A Homophobe With An Epic Line

The Terminator himself personally took down a homophobic fan on his Facebook page after the actor showed his support for the LGBT community on Friday.

On Friday morning the Supreme Court finally released their ruling in Obergefell v. Hodges and decided in favor of marriage equality, making same-sex marriage officially legal in all 50 states.

After the historic ruling, Arnold Schwarzenegger changed his profile picture by adding a rainbow over his Terminator character to show his support for gay people across the country and to celebrate their victory.

An overwhelming majority of Arnold’s fans liked his post and appreciated his stance on equality, but not all of them did.

A fan and apparent homophobe named Jakub Bielawski commented on the post by asking Schwarzenegger what’s wrong with him and declared that he now has to unlike the legendary actor’s page because of his support for same-sex marriage. Minutes later, Schwarzenegger responded in an epic way that only Arnold can pull off.

BIELAWSKI: “What’s wrong with U, Arnie? I have to unlike…”

SCHWARZENEGGER: “Hasta la vista.”

The anti-gay fan has since deleted his comment along with Arnold’s reply, but that hasn’t stopped thousands of his supportive fans from visiting the post just to find the epic reply. Many visitors have even become fans of Schwarzenegger’s Facebook page just because of how he has shown his support of marriage equality.

The former California governor’s show of support stands in stark contrast to the way his fellow Republicans have been acting since the Supreme Court made their ruling.

Mike Huckabee in particular has called for disobeying the ruling, writing in a tirade that he “will not acquiesce to an imperial court any more than our Founders acquiesced to an imperial British monarch. We must resist and reject judicial tyranny, not retreat.”

And an Alabama judge has decided that if gay people can get married across the nation, no one can get married at all in his county. Pike County Judge Wes Allen ended marriage licenses for everyone in his county in a desperate move to prevent gay people from getting married.

Like the characters he usually plays in films, Arnold Schwarzenegger has proven himself to be a real-life badass who isn’t afraid of standing up to bigots. Perhaps we really should repeal citizenship requirements for president just so we can watch him tear apart the current GOP field of robotic anti-gay candidates. That would be priceless. For now, however, you can see Schwarzenegger destroy fictional robots when Terminator: Genisys hits theaters on the first of July.
