Maddow BLASTS Trump’s Blaming Media For ‘Muslim Database’ Blowback And It Is GLORIOUS (VIDEO)

Rachel Maddow is an absolute godsend for liberals as far as media personalities go. On Friday night’s edition of MSNBC’s The Rachel Maddow Show, the brilliant television host turned her attentions to GOP presidential frontrunner Donald Trump. Specifically, Maddow focused on Trump’s disgusting implication that the United States should create some kind of Nazi-like database of all Muslims living in America.

Of course, Trump is experiencing some very vicious and richly deserved blowback because of his remarks, and, just like always, he’s passing the buck. The narcissistic blowhard is actually blaming his own insane ideas on Yahoo News reporter Hunter Walker, saying that the idea of a “watch list” and a “database” for American Muslims was the reporter’s idea, rather than Trump’s own. Maddow, of course, blasted this bullshit in the brilliant fashion she is so well-known for:

“Donald Trump is deep now into blaming the media for this whole scandal. Blaming the media for us reporting that he’s campaigning on the idea of watch lists and databases to register American Muslims. And I know it’s fashionable and politically smart to blame the media, but this is important. And somebody’s gotta report this out. Somebody’s gotta do something other than standing there, agog, disbelieving that this is really the top-tier of the Republican contest to try to be the next president of the United States of America.”

The truth is, though, that Trump, when directly questioned as to whether he’d go full-on Nazi regarding American Muslims, never said he was against such policies; in fact, he called it “good management.”

Maddow went on to take Trump to task for his dangerous implications, when he said that there’s this ominous “thing we should start thinking about,” asking the GOP frontrunner:

“What exactly is the thing we should start thinking about? Could you please be clear about that? In the immortal words of Justin Bieber, ‘What do you mean?’”

I think we all know what Trump is talking about — he’s just stopping short of saying it. He honestly wants to institute dangerous policies that are reminiscent of Nazi Germany. That is not a comparison I personally make unless there is absolute reason to, because that’s a pretty serious accusation. However horrifying it may be, though, that seems to be just what is going on right now with one GOP presidential frontrunner by the name of Donald Trump.

If it doesn’t scare the hell out of you that this is the man who is first in line to win the Republican nomination for President of the United States, it should.
