Seattle Police Face Lawsuit Over Release of Kurt Cobain’s Death Scene Images

by MBD Seattle police have been getting a lot of attention, in anticipation for the 20th anniversary of Kurt Cobain’s death, by revealing photos that have never before been seen outside of law enforcement circles. These photos are of the Nirvana frontman’s death scene. The releases have consisted of a total of 18 pictures that have been released to-date. The most recent of these releases have shown parts of Cobain’s actual body. That was the proverbial straw that broke the camel’s back, as now the Seattle police are being slapped with a lawsuit. Oddly enough, however, the lawsuit was not filed by Cobain’s family, but by a self-described investigative journalist named Richard Lee. Lee, 50, is has made assertions that Kurt Cobain’s death was not caused by suicide.
