Arizona Just Decided The Constitution Is Unconstitutional — Voted To Block Federal Gun Laws

by S. LONGFELLOW – On Wednesday, the Arizona state Senate decided they would take it within their power to block any new federal gun control measures. Senate Bill 1330, introduced by State Senator Kelli Ward (R-Lake Havasu City), that passed by a margin of 17-12, states: It “… would prohibit state agencies and employees from enforcing – or even assisting in the enforcement of – any new “federal act, law, order, rule or regulation” that restricts ownership of a personal firearm, firearm accessory or ammunition within Arizona.” Ward said: “We have to remember as legislators, it’s our job to check unconstitutional federal laws that come into our state.” Seriously, who elects these people? It’s their “job to check unconstitutional federal laws” that come into their state? Ward also stated: “We have got to take these things into our hands.
