Sheriff Mocks Captured Fugitive: ‘Your Facebook Taunts Were An Epic Fail’

By SHANNON ARGUETA, Addicting Info – A Florida fugitive is in jail this weekend after he had the not-so-brilliant idea to mock the Polk County Sheriff’s Department on their Facebook page. The Sheriff’s Department posted the photos of two young men who were wanted in the county for felony charges on August 14. The department called their post their #fridayfugitives. One of the men,  21-year-old Logan Hale, was wanted for burglarizing a home in Lakeland, Fl., then selling a shotgun and other stolen items to a pawn shop in the county. When Hale saw his face on the department’s Facebook page he decided to change his name and mock the officers who were searching for him: The PCSO responded to Hale and suggested he turn himself in: Hale, thinking he was super funny, decided to continue to mock the police and they told him in no uncertain terms that they would catch him...
